Refund and Callback Policy

We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and a callback or refund may be necessary. Due to the nature of service-based work—and because serviceSpot functions as a marketplace—we can only facilitate communication and support, but we do not directly perform or guarantee the services.

Here’s how it works:

  • Communication First: If an issue arises, serviceSpot provides a secure channel for you to communicate directly with the service provider to resolve the matter.

  • Provider Responsibility: Corrections, callbacks, or refunds are the responsibility of the service provider. This is because payment from serviceSpot is only released after the customer signs the job card confirming satisfactory completion of the job.

  • No Jobcard Signature? No Payment: If the job card is not signed, the service provider does not receive payment. In this case, you are free to cancel and book a different provider without being charged.

  • Review Updates: You may update your review at any time to reflect whether the issue was resolved or not. This feedback is displayed on the provider’s public profile to ensure transparency and accountability.

We strive to maintain fairness and encourage providers to take responsibility for their work while offering clients a reliable resolution process.
