Callbacks and Payment
Please note that payment is for the service as quoted and completed. If any issues arise after the service — such as faults, damage during installation, or problems related to the work done — these may qualify for a callback.
Callbacks are not guaranteed and are handled at the discretion of the service provider. ServiceSpot provides a communication platform but does not manage or enforce corrections.
If you are not satisfied with the service, this must be clearly noted on the job card at the time of completion, and you should not approve the job card. This will delay payment to the service provider until the matter is resolved.
However, ServiceSpot may override this hold if the reason provided is found to be insufficient or unsubstantiated.
To request a callback after jobcard approval, go to My Bookings > Booking Details (on the appropriate booking) > Log Callback.
We encourage you to log any issues promptly. You may also update your review at any time based on your experience after the callback process.
Important: ServiceSpot is a marketplace platform and cannot be held liable for any damage to property or person caused by a service provider. Customers choose service providers at their own discretion, based on the provider’s profile, ratings, and previous customer reviews.
